Refund Timeline

Exchanges

Need a different size? No worries!

You can request an exchange within 10 days of placing your order.

Exchange Eligibility

The product must:

Be unused and unworn
Be free from stains or damage
Include the original packaging and tags
Be in the same condition in which it was delivered

Carefully pack and send the product back.
After our quality check, our team will contact you to confirm the required size.
Your replacement item will be shipped within 3 business days after approval.

Blankets

Blankets are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing or printing defect.

To process such requests, an unboxing video showing the issue is mandatory.

Sale Items

Sale products are eligible for return and exchange.

Please note:

Returns and exchanges for sale items will be processed after the sale period ends.
Exchanges are subject to product and size availability at that time.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return after delivery according to our Returns Policy.
