1.3 Payment: We accept payments through COD, net banking, credit/debit cards and UPI. Payment must be received in full before order processing and shipment.

2.1 Shipping Policy: We aim to ship orders within 3 days of order placement, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery times may vary based on shipping location.

Returns and Exchanges

3.1 Return Policy: We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

3.2 Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 4 days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

3.3 Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, you will be offered a product in the same size range/ price range.
