Returns can be made within 10 days of placing your order.

To be able to return a product, please ensure that the product is not damaged, not stained and in the same condition in which you received it. The items must be unworn, unused and in the original packaging. 

How to handle your return:

  • Register your return by calling us on +91 9579787838.
  • Pack the products carefully and seal the return package.
  • Once we receive the item and have verified it’s condition, our team will start the refund process. 
  • Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. 

In case of a return request for toys, it is mandatory that you send us a video of you unboxing the item and checking the condition of the item. This will be necessary to be able to verify the claim and return the item. 

Return requests are not applicable for Blankets unless there is a printing defect, for which we will require an unboxing video.

If you feel the need to exchange your product, please ensure that the product is not damaged, not stained and in the same condition in which you received it. The items must be unworn, unused and in the original packaging.

  • Pack the products carefully and seal the return package.
  • Once we receive the item and have verified it’s condition, our team will call you for a size confirmation. 
  • Your new item will be shipped to you within 3 business days.

Yes, ofcourse you can. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, sale items will only be returned/exchanged once the sale is over and depending on the availability of what you want in exchange. 

We assure you that customer satisfaction is our utmost goal and your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days. Please expect a few days more if there is a sale going on or there is a bank holiday on account of a festival. However, we assure you that you will get your refund as fast as possible.
